The No. 11 Texas Tech baseball team doubled up New Mexico State, 10-5, Tuesday in front of 5,399 fans at Security Bank Ballpark in the team's annual trip to Midland, Texas.   The Red Raiders (22-9), who posted a 7-0 shutout of the Aggies (21-10) earlier this season in Lubbock, received a two-run home run from junior Josh Jungand an inside-the-park homer from freshman Max Marusak to fuel them to the win.

The Texas Tech women's golf team concluded the first two rounds of the Lamkin Invitational tournament in San Diego, California on Monday.   The tournament, which features six teams ranked in the top-50 of the latest Golfstat poll, began with 18 holes of stroke play in the morning before breaking off into match play in the afternoon.
