Texas Tech beats Kansas 48-16

Alan Bowman returns as the starting quarterback after suffering a partially collapsed lung against West Virginia. He threw for 408 yards and 3 touchdowns, plus threw an interception.

Tech's wide receivers with a lot of action as TJ Vasher was back in the lineup after only getting a few reps in the TCU game. He had five catches for nearly 80 yards. Antoine Wesley was the leading receiver for the Red Raiders with nine catches for 155 yards and a touchdown. 

The leading rusher of the game was Ta'Shawn Henry, who had 15 carries for 72 yards and a touchdown.

Kansas couldn't get much going offensively only putting up 16 points. Freshman, Pooka Williams was the Jayhawks' leading rusher with 16 carries for 70 yards.

This is the first Big 12 win at home for Texas Tech since 2016. They travel to Ames, Iowa to take on Iowa State next Saturday.
