QUICK HITS

This game will mark the 16th meeting between Texas Tech and Abilene Christian women's basketball programs and the fourth time since ACU became a Division I program.

The last time the two met Texas Tech defeated the Wildcats, 71-65, in Lubbock (Dec. 5, 2015).

The Lady Raiders enter the weekend on a three-game win streak after defeating Texas Southern, 75-55, last Saturday before the Christmas holiday.

With the win, the Lady Raiders surpassed their win total from last season and Head Coach Marlene Stollings had the best start by a Lady Raider head coach in their first season since the 1977-78 season when Head Coach Gay Benson started the season 8-2.

The Wildcats enter the weekend on a two-game losing streak after falling to Florida Gulf Coast, 65-81.

With three wins this season, Texas Tech holds a 47-9 record against Southland Conference opponents.
