INDIANAPOLIS – Senior captain Felicity Maltby has earned an at-large bid to compete in the NCAA Division I Women's Tennis Singles Championships.
The singles and doubles competition will be conducted May 20-25 at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida, after the conclusion of the team championship, which runs from May 16-19. The University of Central Florida and the Greater Orlando Sports Commission will serve as hosts.
Maltby has qualified for the singles competition the last two seasons. She has advanced to the round of 32 in both years.
The Lady Raiders (17-8) begin the team competition this weekend as they face UNLV (17-6) on Saturday in Los Angeles, Calif. The winner will move on to the second round and face the winner between USC and Illinois State.
