Texas Tech finally got its first road win of the season, and its first road win of the Matt Wells era.

Alan Bowman and Maverick McIvor were suited up for the game, but Jett Duffey ran the show. He led the offense to touchdowns on their first five drives to set the tone. The Red Raiders had a 35-10 lead at the half and never looked back, defeating West Virginia 38-17 for their first win over the Mountaineers since 10/19/2013.

Tech returns to the Jones next week for an 11 AM kickoff with TCU. The Red Raiders need to win two of their final three games to make a bowl game.
