The Lubbock Cooper Pirates overpower the Randall Raiders 58-14 to punch their ticket to the State Quarterfinals of the District 2 5A Playoffs.

The Pirate offense would start off hot in the first half as they would find the end zone every time they touched the field.

The Pirate defense would also be able to contain the Raider offense for most of the game only allowing Randell to score two touchdowns in the fourth quarter.

The Pirates improve to 12-1 on the season. The Raiders end their season with an overall record of 5-8.

Cooper will play in the Quarterfinal Round against the Wichita Falls Rider Raiders next Friday at 7 in Abilene.
